5. Recruitment Services — Specific Terms
5.1 Candidates
By registering as a candidate, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You authorise Nexusyl to submit your profile and CV to prospective employers on your behalf, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee employment or placement outcomes. Our role is to match and introduce candidates to employers; the decision to offer employment rests entirely with the employer.
5.2 Employers
By engaging Nexusyl Recruitment as an employer, you confirm that all vacancy information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to recruit for the stated roles. You agree to comply with all applicable employment and immigration laws, including the Equality Act 2010, the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, and the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
Our fees are as agreed in your individual engagement letter or terms of business. Our standard "no placement, no fee" policy applies unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.
5.3 Data Sharing with Juvenile Asia Platform
Candidate profiles entered into the Nexusyl Recruitment system may be enriched with data from the Juvenile Asia algorithmic platform (where the candidate is also engaged with another Nexusyl service). This is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and candidates will be informed and given the opportunity to object.
6. Education Services — Specific Terms
Nexusyl Education acts as an admissions agent on your behalf. We are not a university, examination board, or awarding body. We do not control university admissions decisions, which are made solely by the relevant institution.
You must provide complete and truthful information for all applications. Providing false or misleading information — including in personal statements, academic transcripts, or supporting documents — may result in application cancellation, refusal, or legal liability under the Fraud Act 2006.
Our visa support services are provided for guidance purposes only. We are not immigration solicitors and our visa guidance does not constitute legal advice. For complex visa matters, you should seek advice from a regulated immigration adviser or solicitor.
7. Property Services — Specific Terms
Nexusyl Property provides letting agency and property management services regulated in accordance with UK legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, the Housing Act 1988, the Deregulation Act 2015, and the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
All deposits are protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme.
Tech-verified identity referencing replaces the requirement for a traditional UK-based guarantor within the Nexusyl Property platform. This process is carried out by Juvenile Asia Limited acting as a data processor. Landlords and tenants consent to this process by engaging with Nexusyl Property's referencing service.
Landlords instruct Nexusyl Property under a separate Landlord Terms of Business document, which governs management fees, maintenance authorisation thresholds, and reporting obligations.
8. Food Tech Programme — Specific Terms
The Nexusyl Food Tech programme is an entrepreneurship support programme. Participation does not guarantee business success, profitability, or any specific trading outcome. All business and financial risks remain with the participant.
Location intelligence reports provided via the Juvenile Asia platform are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or business advice.
Participants are responsible for obtaining all licences, permits, and insurance required to operate a food business in the UK, including but not limited to food hygiene registration, public liability insurance, and street trading permits. Nexusyl may assist in navigating these requirements but is not liable for any failure to obtain them.
